I recently made a single-dial full-body morph for G8F that originally included a number of morphs by other people, at least one of which was modified with the geometry editor in Daz and originally from an earlier version of Genesis. However, I did do some sculpting of my own for the new full-body morph, namely around the feet and lower legs. Would it be okay for me to upload this new morph to the blog as custom content?

Anything you do that isnt sold or a freebie is custom. Some people just change color paint on a car and upload it.

Personally I believe if you dial a character using multiple morphs it's custom. I would just state what you did and leave it up to the downloader.
