I click something in my daz studio, I honestly don't know what and I can't exit that setting.

Best way to explain it is that I have the white square from aux viewport in my main viewport.

I believe that this is your render size displayed in your viewport. Go to your render tab and select 'Dimension Preset'. It's the top box (or slider, or thingy) and set it to screen view.
