It is a solid program. I haven't used it in a minute...been more focused on clothing and morph creation. The gui took a little getting used to, for me at least.
I used it long ago for a few texture conversions, and it worked as advertised. It was one of those one-off things I sought out, got, and used after research for a project. It did the job well enough, but afterwards I didn't have any real use for it. I only learned enough about it to do what I needed though, so it could have features and uses that I'm not aware of offhand.
