I'm not quite ready for it yet, but I will be very, very soon. I've been working on a renpy VN game for about a year and a half. I have 800+ hours of my life invested in it so far. I'm hoping to recruit folks who might be willing to do a playthrough. This is not a formal beta test. I certainly won't require anything from you. I'm serious enough that I have opened a Patreon in hopes that there's at least one person out there who might slap me with a dollar occasionally. I am not including a link to that, as I am not asking for anyone to do that from here.

This is a deep storyline based game. Lots of characters, lots of decisions. Once released, it will have monthly updates like most of the other titles in this vein. I will warn you, it is most definitely an adult visual novel. It is centered around a male protagonist and the game very much caters to heterosexual fantasies and the male gaze. So, if that isn't your thing, no worries. I totally respect that. Although anyone willing to give feedback is welcome to be a tester, even if you aren't the likely target audience. There are some animated scenes (I'd say they aren't all that great, but they don't completely suck either, or maybe they do really suck, I don't know). My rendering skills are only so-so, but I strive to constantly improve. I hate to be honest, but I don't want you to be disappointed. It is a visual novel first and an adult game second. So, consider it a slow burn and not a gonzo porn game like many of the others out there.
This is not a game in its infancy. It is already a big game, so keep that in mind. All I ask is that you do a couple things. One recognize that I put my heart and soul into this and to not share it with anyone for any reason. I will release it on F95 along with my Patreon page when the time is right (shooting for late Spring). Secondly, if you do play it I REALLY want your feedback. Like I'm desperate for feedback of any kind. It can be as mean and critical as you want to be. Point out anything you hate, or any spelling errors, or just laugh at my art or prose for the fun of it. I promise I'll keep my crying to a muffled sob. I certainly don't want to waste time trying to release it if it isn't good enough.
If this sounds intriguing, I would be happy to share a link to you through PM to my professional website (NO PATREON CRAP THERE, I promise). It shows a handful of renders from the game. No adult content is on there. It's just some of the family friendly renders. Ignore all the crap I wrote on it. It's mostly quarterly updates on how the game is coming along and my personal thoughts on it. Not interesting in the least, unless reading the ramblings of a zero self esteem author/artist amuses you. Later I will follow up with a link to download the game (in about two weeks) if you're willing to give it a spin.

Whats the summary/plot of the game? What tags are in the game? If its appealing enough, I'll test and provide feedback.
Glad to see there are VN artists around here. I have worked in this industry for like 3 years but have not succeeded yet :v. I could give feedbacks to your game and we may share experiences or tips.
I don't have a formal flashy description yet, and the tags are in progress as only about 1/4 of the game is completed at this point. Here's a stab at it.

Basic premise: You play the role of an older gentlemen whose family passed away many years ago. In an attempt to rebuild your life you move to the city to find work and a chance at a new beginning. A story of grief and redemption. You find yourself meeting new people, but hopes of love and a fresh start quickly become replaced with terror as you realize something is terribly wrong. Who will you become when you realize what it is you must do and why you must do it. Perhaps not all is lost when you realize your new friends will literally do anything to help you reach your goal. Anything at all.

Also, I think tags are kind of awkward if you're not on F95, so I'll PM those to you.
I would like to, if it's for an android version. I have played a couple of adult VNs, and am developing one too.
Hmmm, I never even thought of porting it to Android. I'll test that out and see how it goes. Will let you know if it works and you can decide if you're still up for a playthrough.
Okay, this is now in the hands of folks who expressed an interest. If anyone else is interested in beta testing my game and giving their feedback, I would be very grateful.

Working on old mac, so renpy probably allows to try play, i hopes =]As a dev myself, I'm down to help any dev in the community I can. Would love to playtest and give you some feedback 🙂

- The author was sympathetic to the player on a platform forgotten by God for games. Runnable on Mac OS 10.13.6.
- Music on start screen... I just want to sit and calm listen.
