    I like it but, Im just not a big fan of the mannequin look.
    Does her neck look unusually long?

    The neck has the default measurements of genesis 3, perhaps it is an optical effect of the camera and the point of view.

    Use genesis 3 as a base but adapting different bodies and accessories without retouching

    I was guessing either an camera angle or a body morph effecting the shoulders. I havent seen a neck morph. Maybe im looking in rhe wrong place.
