Hello. What you are looking for is; Killmonger Hair and Beard for Genesis 3 and 8. There is also; Shaved Side Dread For Genesis 3 And 8 or KHC Shaved Side Dreads G8F.
I double checked ... its definitly not "Killmonger Hair".
I don't think its "Shaved Side Dread For Genesis 3 And 8".
Also, I don't think its "KHC Shaved Side Dreads G8F" from renderosity store ... those look too different to me.Please look at the picture I posted.
Taking a closer look, I'm sure it's "Shaved Side Dread for Genesis 3 and 8". Take a look at the Morphs and Adjustments options. Another asset called "Survivor - Expressions for Genesis 8 Female and Celani 8" used it. If you look at one of the photos, you'll see it has a rather similar hairline to Angela 9 Hair in the promo.
I agree with Kimiko. "Shaved Side Dread for Genesis 3 and 8” seems to be the one they used.
I just looked up all the "dreads" on Daz and that is the one that looked like the correct hair. Came here to let you know, so that's two of us with the same answer. 🙂 Just try it, and use the morphs that come with it to get the length.. It has a lot of morphs apparently. Hope you find this to be the one!

Well if you say so ... I still dont believe it. Looks far to shitty on the promo renders to be the same. Its unbelievable how terrible some PAs are at rendering ...
But somehow for the Angela 9 renders they gave it less volume. It looks more realistic. maybe they just changed the materials.
Don't really want to try this one, its too crappy 😉 but maybe you are right.
