Firearms aside, I can't say I'm all that surprised. It's a big risk doing anything when children are involved: some people are hyper-vigilant to the point where they go full-bore "Pizzagate" or... you're Roblox (look up any of RubenSim's videos on that if you want to feel depressed).
It sucks that Angel_Wings got taken down by the hyper-vigilant culture, but they should've known something like this would happen when you're dealing with a community best known for poorly made WEGs (Western Erotic Games) on Steam, OTT pornography that borderlines on legitimate misogyny, and the old standby of "Victoria in a bikini, posing in a dungeon with a sword" from the Poser days. You put children characters anywhere near that and, well... insert the Surprised Pikachu face here.
The fact of the matter is that the Daz asset world is woefully inconsistent in enforcing rules with regards to content at these storefronts. You don't see as much barely-there scraps of fabric that barely constitute clothing like you did on RDNA and Rendo back in the early 00's, but there are some items that get posted on the DS store that make me wonder if they even follow their own storefront rules.
And to play devil's advocate, I do get payment processors being very leery about stores like Daz that sell child characters and items alongside C-strings and pasties. And let's be honest with ourselves: there are content creators who do use these child characters for utterly vile reasons that make you wanna reach for the nearest shotgun if you're ever around them.
(ETA: To R'otica's credit, they are vigilant about keeping Daz-made CSAM off their site, albeit not out of altruism or common sense but because someone could snitch to PayPal and it'd be game over, given they sneakily workaround PayPal's adult content hammer by using CGBytes as a shell)
Having said all of that, Angel_Wings should look into opening their own Gumroad store and, while they're at it, have a TOS that prohibits people from using their children characters in anything that could be considered CSAM/CP. It's a start, at least, and they can circumvent having to deal with inconsistent rule enforcement from a 3rd party storefront.

The whole site, from the developers to the mods to sales and marketing and QA is very inconsistent and amateurish. They're running on empty as far as I see. Fearing PayPal, a point I made earlier, does appear to be the reason why they're so narky about certain content. With regard to Angel_Wings' suggested TOS, how could that be enforceable beyond wishful thinking?
So why was Angel wings singled out? I see that 3DLoki has plenty of young models still for sale.
Back to original subject. I hope AW finds a site soon.
I have a B/W 'bearskin rug' photo may parents took when of me I was a week old. It was a very popular style back then. If the PC police ever see it I will go to jail for child porn even though the photo is nearly 68 years old!@Ethioipia he wasnt, he never was, the problem with AW is not the "woken" nor the "shops dont let child morphs for sale" the problem is that AW allways had hes head on the clouds and more often then not thinks everyone is out to get him.
most often then not if something doesnt go hes way he gets in a state of throwing a tantrum and closes hes store just to reopen it again elsewhere or on the same place. he doesnt has humility and often things hes above everyone.
and before anyone says "he doesnt seem that way" or "you dont know him", be advised i know AW and i had alot of exchanges with him in the past so yes i know him.

Not terribly surprised, that flounce post screams victim complex...
And I know they have a history of pulling out of stores dramatically in the past.AW have had some nice characters, though many are quite dated I've found. Won't lose any sleep over it...
Ahhhh, now that makes sense, especially since someone like 3DLoki (who gives me some really uncomfortable vibes, ngl) is still able to operate on sites like Rendo and R'Hub with no pushback that we know of.
