I have a ton of 3DSky furnishings and housewares, all in 3DSMax format (some .obj too)... does anyone here use such stuff; would it be worthwhile to share it here? Make a nose here I'd you're interested, I'll upload if Antone wants that sort of thing. 🙂
Yeah auto correct and fat fingering my cellphone has resulted in several edits.
Depending on what it is, Id like to see the OBJ files. fbx and obj are the only ones that can go into daz right?
True. .max and .3ds files are only opened by 3DSMax, but can be converted to other formats by 3rd-party tools.
A few things open .3ds but .obj definitely won the format wars on that one. Now it’s all .fbx or gtfo
Here's the images for the collection I have...
looking into them again, a great many of them have .obj and .fbx files in addition to the Max files.
