So FleetAdmiral01 (thanks again if you're reading this) just uploaded a bunch of new Star Trek morphs to his Deviantart page, but was operating under the assumption that people already knew how to import those morphs into Daz.

Unfortunately, I don't. It's not as simple as importing them using Morphloader Pro, as there is some distortion around the eyes. Any help you guys could give would be greatly appreciated.

I guess my questions, if summarized, are:

1.) How do I load the morphs correctly onto a Daz 8 figure?
2.) How do I load the hair and clothing files onto the figure as well? Just importing doesn't seem to work.

Again, many thanks for the advice. I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff.

I took a brief look at the link. The user also uploaded a detailed settings for Morph Loader and for the clothing. Morph loader pro is found under Edit > Figure > Morph Loader Pro. Just import the obj for the morphs and it should work, use the settings that the user specified.
For the clothing, you just import the obj under File > Import. Use the settings the user supplied. Then just use the Transfer Utility to get the bones and weight maps from Genesis 8.
Source will be Genesis 8 and Target would be the clothing obj.

Thanks, bud. I still can't find where he explained how to import the morphs, (other than saying to import them at Poser scale), but I've arrived at the conclusion that the distortion I was seeing wasn't due to the way I was importing the morphs, but due to his conversion. Even his raw obj. files show the same distortion.

Ah well. They're good, just not great.
