A Certain Other Site Now Listed As "Dangerous" By The Goog

Went to dredge the usual pile of sites, and it seems Google has listed render-state as a site that contains malware. My take is that someone has compromised the site, or that maybe the owner has decided to go back to the ugly fad of parking a coin-miner on the site? Might even be a push by you-know-who to shove obvious sharing sites off the map? No idea.

Either way, Chrome hates it now, warns you not to go there, and that's that for now. Just FYI.

Using Firefox and go the same warning. I'd say it's more to do with copyright than malware.

Opera isn't complaining about it yet. It's annoying that some of the older links use adfly.

I remember that... or when it and a couple of other sites decided to run coin-mining scripts that you then had to block the crap out of... Glad that the places I visit don't do either of those anymore.

Yeah, I saw that too. The first day it did it, the usual "ad-fly Click to Continue" thing was gone and replaced by some other site I'd never heard of, and couldn't seem to work my way past. I dunno what's up with it, but it makes me wanna just stay on ZoneGFX and never go anywhere else.
