I don't suppose anyone knows of a skin shader for G8F that looks like plastic but still has nipples?
I'm looking at creating some 3D printable models (for sale) and want to create some promo renders that give a plastic, painted or simplistic look rather than the usual photo-realistic character textures. I've tried a couple of the anime shaders but the nipples are textured the same as the rest of the torso and as my models are going to be NSFW, I'd prefer to have some definition in that area.

For a base, I'd start with something along the lines of what 3DUniverse has going (or even some of this non-toon character skins, like the Skyler skin set for G3, which should work fine on G8).

IMO the easiest way would be to take the skin map into a photo program and clone brush the nipples/areola from another skin map onto the plastic-looking one. When the skin relies on another map like SSS, things get a bit more involved, but still quite easy.
These are all the same base map that I've altered some of the nipples on.... mmmmm.... nipples.
November 25, 2021 at 9:07 AM #1751861Thanks all, I managed to get the look I wanted by creating a flat single-colour texture for everything but the torso and face and then creating separate torso and face maps with details for the eyebrows and nipples using Skin Builder 8 and Photoshop.
November 25, 2021 at 10:24 AM #1751885I have never tried this on skin, only hair and clothing, but this item may give you the effect you want with just one click: https://zonegfx.com/hinkys-hair-salon-shaders/
It has some special shaders that leaves the material basically intact but with some extra surface effect like plastic, glitter etc.
I use it on basic clothing items that I want to have some extra zing.

November 25, 2021 at 6:35 PM #1752009First I'd look for threads saying their skins looked to plastic like and that they want a more realistic look. Then I'd do the opposite of what was suggested.
This also looks like a decent texture to experiment on. (https://zonegfx.com/sf-ball-jointed-dolls-for-genesis-8-and)
