The NSFW image option is for the NSFW items, not for skipping the cover image upload. Please use the 3x approved image hosts. FYI at the moment, only nudity and gore/super disgusting stuff count as NSFW on the site. (If the system didn't accept your image link, make sure you use the image's hotlink with the .jpg etc extension. Right click on the image -> Copy image address)

This is already in upcoming, it's not allowed to start a new request if the item is on the blog (if you need it ASAP please PM the author - the beta system can't detect the existing blog posts and a fill would potentially result a duplicate blog post.
