@maxxp2 , Agreed. I requested a few things yesterday, and within a minute two of those requests were filled. Thankfully, the filler did send them to the blog so those assets will be available within 24 hours of the requests being filled.
Requesting the ability to customize the system message sent out when filling a post a bit.
Previously when manually filling requests with messages users would also include messaging indicating if they did not want you to share it with others on ZoneGfx and so on. Some did not care if you posted things to the blog that they shared, others did and limited things to you only. With the new automated message there is zero indication at all of what the filler is expecting.
For example many posts previously would have the template: "In keeping with the site’s TOS, I have the right to ask those I give my files to, not to post them on the ZoneGFX pages, public pages or on other share sites. This file is for your private enjoyment and use, not for the rest of the world yet, I will post it after a time myself to ZoneGFX. Any questions about this feel free to contact Hunter, Monk, AnjaBear, or Eelgoo, Warrant63 the moderators."
With the way requests are now filled, and then automatically deleted, what is the exact etiquette behind filling posts for others. If one person fills a post, and then it is requested again after it is deleted from the list, should it just be left open for the original filler to fill it again. How long should it be left open. Can it be filled by others who did NOT receive it from the original filler, but not by people who DID get it filled by the original person? If the original filler did not post it to the blog, should it remain off the blog forever, unless the first filler decides to add it at an unspecified later date? Just trying to get a little clarification on the best etiquette to follow here. With custom messaging you at least get a bit of an idea of what the filler is expecting.

when stuff in the upcoming section date is reached it needs to automatically go into the main download section the day it is available and it should be removed from the upcoming section , I know this is probably just a glitch in the system.-just saying it's kinda annoying.
also when ppl fill a request in the new system it would be nice to have a thank you button with the down load link instead of having to private message a person every time something is filled.
Anyone knows what the "Filled & Approved" image below some requests means?

🟡 YELLOW = You didn't offer points
🟢 GREEN = You offered points
🔴 RED = FILLED (24 Hours until sending reward to Filler / 48 Hours until request delete)
🔵 BLUE = POINTS TRANSFERED TO FILLER (24 Hours until request delete)@itsmenotyou It's not a glitch, it's part of a test currently 🙂

@maxxp2 We are aware of it and we will try to work out something for that 🙂
@halaster We are checking currently if it's possible to add plus tick boxes to the filling form or some sort of free text field, what would be included in the Auto PM.
For the etiquette - so far we used this method: If you bought it, you can fill it. If you got it from a member who asked you to not reshare it, then it would be rude and in cases like these we usually help to connect the members with the Filler.

Now he filled out a request in the new system and received points, he filled out the request with a file received from me earlier and got points for it, without spending a dime.
Moreover, I noted in a comment on this request that I would fill it out later, thus giving people time to offer their points.
Tell me, what should I do in this case? How can I make sure that honest fillers are protected from this?@Maddy It could have been a coincidence, it happened yesterday with others too 🙂
I can't argue with the proof, and the member was part of the original thread, I did reset the fill (btw the 24h report period serves this exact purpose - so no one received any rewards so far), you can submit your link now.
I already asked everyone in a thread to read the comments on the requests. Obviously, it's hard to solve things like this when we are talking about digital goods with unlimited copies, we are still updating the system with many features and trying to help everyone's problems. This is why I'm collecting the feedbacks all the time 🙂Lots of posts in the Request section that have been approved and filled, but are still there after the 48 hour delete time. Don't know the date of approval, so I may be wrong.
