Made all local material names unique, to avoid changing materials when removing duplicates. Added 'rigged' tag for easy search in engon. Car paint random color functionality removed from shader and moved to code. Adjusted French license plate. Adjusted tires specularity tq_Car_Ford_Mustang-1965. Adjusted roughness - material tq_Rubber_Black. Ensure door rig bones are in correct bone group, assigned correct color. Removed 'Invert Normal' from materials; make sure all textures are OpenGL. Removed maximums of tq_main_lights property to allow arbitrary values. tq_Retroreflective_Red has color value greater than 1, making it emissive.
