Though lost to the darkness of chaos and despair, the Dark Elves retain their elegance and efficiency at warfare. With the faint sheen of adamant, their curved blades and piercing shortspears strike, as their vicious halberds and punishing crossbows hold the line!
The mines of the Dwarves provide rare mithril, which they work into nearly everything they produce. From razor sharp axes of all sizes and shapes, to warhammers, their wicked partisans, and even parts of their crossbows and the rims of their shield, Dwarven workmanship is hard to beat.
Elves find a need for elegance in everything they do, and High Elves most of all. The pattern welded steel of their weapons of war shimmer, whether in their swords and spears, though their rare axes, and even their shields and bows. Do not underestimate them, for within the beauty of their weapons lay the skills of centuries of experience!
Claiming choice territory on the northern Penninsulas, the Kingdom of Man holds fast against the darkness roiling in the tundra. The mighty kriegsmesser, jokingly called a war knife, hews through bone and armor alike, while the arming sword is borne by every soldier. Their glaive armed shieldsmen form great battle walls to protect the longbowmen, and from horseback the cavalry swings their maces to destroy helm and skull alike!
Orcs and goblins are considered barbaric and crude by the other races, but their weapons are no less able to spill blood. Though roughly hammered iron, their sheer weight combined with the strength behind it makes their swords, axes, and halberd lethal, while their crude bows still let them rain death from a distance. Most surprising of all, their mighty shields are thick slabs of iron, instead of the lighter reinforced wood used by other races, only adding to the unstoppability of the charge of the Green Tide!
