Ok, so i love making my own textures or tweaking others, i've come accross some great 3d objects, they aren't directly importable into daz, so i have to go to blender, and the original maps aren't coming in, or they don't have maps at all. In the past i've used UVMapper, but can't find the pro version anymore.
Anyone have UVMapper Professional for Windows or similar?

Thank you Artists and Sharers.June 1, 2021 at 2:20 PM #1698344The developer of Unfold has abandoned the project and developed RizomUV. Can be found everywhere.
From me a little bonus, a Blender-RizomUV Bridge:

Have fun
June 10, 2021 at 5:23 AM #1701548I use Rizom for the most part only for the much better algorithms. I mark the cuts in Blender, export the object to Rizom using the bridge (ctrl + a to select all) and let them unfold, optimize and pack there - then click import in Blender and everything is done. Bridge starts RizomUV and exits it automatically. Where Blender tends to unfold messily, inaccurately and pack really badly, Rizom gives me the best algorithms the industry currently offers. The additional time required by the bridge is maybe 20 seconds for a much better result and it's comfortable - there's no reason not to use it.
And all the other features RizomUV offers are super useful when needed.June 16, 2021 at 10:29 PM #1703204lol, i have since found uvmapper, but just use substance painter and blender in combination now, make my own maps. Blender 2.9.0 and UV/UDIM export support is pretty simple to do.
