Possible, but there are so many pose sets marketed, that I suspect that happens a lot more frequently than we are aware of!

I wondered at first if it was the same person, but Thunder's promo renders are so much higher quality I can't see him moonlighting as a less talented version of himself
that should be reported to Renderotica and if confirmed to be stolen, report to RenderHub with the proof from Renderotica.

Damn. You are champ for this. I was going to buy poses from that guy, but now...he ain't seeing a dime. Saved my hard earned buck. I am curious about how it will go,though. Renderhub has to sanction this guy if it's true. Yet there is no if. This is literally not even identical. It's EXACT poses right down to pinky toe.
If you follow the Renderhub forums you'll see that they don't do anything until the copyright owner themselves report it. The general 3D category is full of stuff ripped from all over. RH knows it but does nothing because the real owners don't know about it. People are even selling free stuff from Blendswap and the free Sketchup site.
Hence why I mentioned to contact an admin or mod on the Renderotica forums (not quite mentioned that in detail) to see if that the seller there is the same as on RH, if not, then you can get the original vendor to take it all down (now knowing that not anyone can report products even if there is proof of if being stolen without the original seller contacting RH themselves)
Fun trivia fact: Poses cannot actually be placed under an enforceable copyright. DAZ has confirmed this, as have the previous corporate owners of Poser. You can rip off all of them, sell them under a slightly different order, and nobody can legally complain. I'll see if I can find the ancient posts (I think in Renderosity?) that say as much.
IIRC, way back in the long ago when someone bought a pose set from someone else that he had a beef with, moved all of the x and z translates by 0.5 or so (I think?), then gave away the slightly-modified set as a freebie just to be a dick about it. After the flame war, both DAZ and the Poser owners (eFrontier or EGISys, it was that long ago) chimed in and refused to get involved beyond saying that you can't copyright poses, for the same reason you cannot copyright cooking recipes.
IMO, a collection of Poses could count like a cookbook, though - where you cannot copyright individual recipes, but you can copyright the collection of them?
