I don't think that G8 / 8.1 is the be all & end all; in some ways I prefer G3; but I find it so much more versatile & robust than an androgynous base that loses interest as soon as it gets below the neck! :0/

If you like androgynous characters its fine.
It may just be me but it seems i have to fight to remove the masculinity vs just having a good base female.
My eye can't detect a drastic difference in textures and most of my G8 textures look better.
My question is whats right with it? How is it so much better that its something I would have to switch from G8 or feel left behind?
G9 is working as intended. I guess all future offerings will always be broken and complaints ignored. Silly us for accepting it :/
The dents and extra details look awesome as well as the improved JCM's. If nothing else I'd at least like to try it myself and see how it does even if it won't turn out great in the end.

I agree, the project also has me interested. I dumped G9 a long time ago but this content creator might just change my mind because I find G9 unbearable and dumped it a long time ago.
