!! JDOWNLOADER2 !!
If you are unfamiliar with jDownloader, I highly recommend the free version. You can just right-click and copy link on almost any "Download" link and the app will find and retrieve the file for you. It bypasses all the browser spam and some of the captchas. It will even pop up just the captchas it cannot bypass for you to solve then continue on its way. It handles the timed downloads without you having to wait. If your VPN (you need a vpn!) has 'Socks5' servers there is an option to add them and bypass the "quota exceed" issues.
The paid version (I've never needed it) has even more powerful options, such as, premium accounts on multiple file download services.
