Please make sure you are checking the blog before you post an item. For searches less is usually more. Pick the least used word in the title. "Hector", in the case of the most recent duplicate post, would've worked fine. Seeing as how the 2 posts are named the same, I doubt a search was done. We shouldn't be creating more work to keep the blog clean.
Also check the request threads for who filled the item and if/when they will post to the blog. Takes 20 seconds tops
