How to set hair to show in cc3 if it's in "Template=>Character Creator V3 Template=>Hair" but not in Character Creator V3.
Fix the following error:

1: file "cchair" copy => CustomCharacter Creator 3 CustomLegacy HairCC (Shared Custom=>Hair=>Group=>Hair=>_Legacy=>CC).

2: file "rlHairStyle" copy Shared TemplatesHairStyle.

3: hair files "ccacc" copy TemplateCharacter Creator 3 TemplateAccessoryHead.

4: file "rlHairElement" copy Shared TemplatesHairElementHair
