Gladiator for Genesis 3 Male and Female
Men and women faced injury and death in the brutal gladiatorial games staged throughout the Mediterranean world up until the 5th century. Designed for Genesis 3 male and female characters, these accoutrements and weapons can be used to recreate those savage spectacles.
Included:
Loincloth and sandals for both sexes.
Scaled manica (armguard) and heavy belt.
Short and long greaves to protect the lower legs.
Large, medium, and small shields.
Light spear, trident, straight short sword (gladius), and forward curving short sword (sica)
Two versions of heavy brimmed helmet, with parented versions for the head. The parented helmets can be scaled to fit a variety of head shapes.
Ten basic arena poses.
All items are provided individually with hand presets for the weapons and shield props, and will fit most G3 figures via auto-follow. They have been tested with the base figures, Michael 7, Victoria 7, Karen 7, Rune 7, and Ivan 7. The loincloths, helmets, and manica also have morphs to allow extra fitting. Historical sources indicate that participants in the games fought bare chested regardless of sex, but a breastband with an accompanying pose is also provided for use on female figures, if desired. A variety of gladiatorial types can be be represented by mixing and matching items and weapons.
