Unable to transfer points

Hi,
Hopefully this isn't to dumb of a question. I'm trying transfer points to someone, but keep getting
"Recipient not found. Please try again."

I know I have the correct username. Thoughts anyone?

Just in case...

When you have the recipient's homepage up have you looked at the address bar at the top of the screen?

Their actual user name will be displayed there, and sometimes the screen name may be different.

If you've already done this, just ignore my comment and I'll shut up hehe 😀

Got is sorted out finally. Good call, didn't even think that username might be different.
