This is more of a 'tip' thread than a question. I've always had the issue that rendering takes a long time, usually 1-2 hours, and during that time my PC can't really be used for anything else as it takes up all the CPU. When I'm at home and I have free time, I want to play games, not watch a scene render! So render at night, you say? Problem is, I make image series often composed of 20 or so renders, and if I can only render one every night, it'll take forever. No one wants to get up in the middle of the night 5 times to save a completed render and start a new one.

A few days ago, I found a solution.

TeamViewer. It's an app like the IT-support guys use to take over employees' computers. It works on Windows, but also Android. What I do now is this - when I'm at home, I create all my scenes until they're fully ready to render. Usually about 5 of them. Then, the next day, I go to work. At work, I have TeamViewer installed on my smartphone. I use the app to remotely take control of my desktop PC at home, and start the render. Two hours later, I do that again, save render, start new one. By the time I come home from work, I have fully rendered 5 scenes. Without ever physically touching my PC! It's awesome.

Have you tried using the Batch Render plugin? It works good, except for the Eye Point At bug that Daz3d has. You just have to manually assign the eye and then save the scene. Can queue up all the renders and have it do it all automatically with no user interaction.

I don't think I've heard of that 'eye point at' feature. I've always posed them manually by 'entering' the POV of the object the character is looking at, and then pose the eyes of the person looking.

I'll have to look into that!

you can also have it look at a null or item. I cant remember exactly but I think when I tried having two characters look in each others eyes it crashed. I dropped a null on each eye instead. Just click each eye and its in the settings.
