I created her skin from photographs of a model's skin from multiple angles and stitched it together with PhotoShop.

Would be interested in seeing the texture less covered up.

Like the addition of sand on the figure.

Thanks! But honestly, if I won, I would probably decline... it was fun just to see everyone's work. I reworked the texture to be more SSS and GF8.1 friendly... so these two images are fairly old:

I'm still trying to overcome the pesky uncanny valley quagmire.

The skin defects add a layer of reality to it.
The center tattoo doesnt blend as well as the others. Just seems a bit to dark IMHO.
I like the shade and color of the skin. Overall I think it looks pretty realistic.

I have a problem making my figures to much like Barbie. I tend to have difficulty dialing in more normal/average body shapes.

If you win and dont want the points, you can always put the points towards a contest you'd like to see.

Hair for me is the worst culprit in removing belief in the render once you find a good skin texture.
