    Hello everybody !

I'm actually trying to find a way to make some motion capture.

First i search more with iclone/character creator/etc... but i wanna try to find a solution with daz to after make it work on Unity.

i find a way with deepmotion and i find a tutorial but limited to 20 sec and not live if you don't buy a online subscription.

And something else : Facemotion (https://www.youtube.com/watchv=MMY4SttpNE0&ab_channel=SolomonJagwe)
    https://www.facemotion3d.info/

Facemotion seem's to be the best way to make it work. I will try and keep you tune because Daz3d/Unity/Facetime compatibility will be a difficult i think.

If somebody have some other way or have tip's to give to make it work...

Have a nice day (or night)

Search "github openpose" or "github openface".
Of course, no the easy way. 😀

    Hello Abad !

thank for the share of openpose ! it's clearly not easy as you said... i did find a way to make it work after several try (i tried on unity 2021/2020 but only the 2019 work for now for me).

After it's complicated to assign you're character to the mocap bone but it's work.
I think i will try too find a way to make it work more automatically after i finish my C# tutorial.

    Big thanks'

If any body have a track on Daz ?

Facemotion3d is the software I use for live mocap on twitch, but I don't use a daz model.

You're going to want to take the daz model into blender before you go into Unity or Unreal, though, most likely; the weight painting and textures need some work to move well outside of Daz.

Thanks Mona ! i Will try to see how it's gonna go on Unity. I found the way to move Daz character and animation on Unity directly but i found this face-mojo-facial-mocap-retargeting. Maybe there is a way to make it work but i didn't install this yet
