Help me how to install preferably without DIM

I didn't use DIM for years, and although I succeeded to fin where it's installed and updated it, I still have no idea how to install this - either with DIM or preferable w/o it:

I haven't downloaded it, but I guess it will be a zip file. Open it and it will present a directories tree, with a first folder called 'Content'. If so, simply unzip it in the same directorie where you have DAZ-Studio installed.
In case the first folder is not 'content', download it to your <unit>/<daz directory>/Content
Once in DAZ-Studio, navigate to your DAZStudio4.x folder/Content/Script to run it (or in the menu, Window/Panes/Script IDE and select the file you just downloaded.

Its slightly different - the real install folder is called "plugin" and there is the script; but just coping the folder with the script in my main library folder (it's on custom HD and with custom name) does nothing, the folder plugins is visible but no script in it, neither it appears in the Help subdir for registering.

Edit: Found how to install through DIM - the problem was the uploaded didn't upload the original archive but create and additional folder with a txt file in it:-)

EDIT: It should have be installed and I even regged it - but still it doesn't appear in the scripts folder.

.. this is from the Daz product page.. you should see it in Parameters for a rope or a chain object.. not sure if it will show for all..

The problem is the script doesn't show at all no matter it's installed and regged (4.23) no matter it *is* in the plugins folder.

PS. 4.23 has more problems too, so maybe I'll have to roll back to 4.21.

.. don't think its supposed to be in scripts.. i have 4.23 and i have it here..

LOL... I was searching it in the scripts folder.

BTW - do you know by chance why 4.23 remember only the folders which were saved when I updated to 4.23 from 4.21 - which means I found no way to force it to remember the save renders path neither the load DUFs path. A guy on the official forum tried to help still no results.
