FlorentMoon on DeviantArt has an exquisite downloadable shader set for Genesis 3 in Iray. I've started using it, and it really adds depth to the V7 characters.

ah but the download only contains screenshots of *some* of his settings
but without a ton of other settings, the lights used in the scene, etc noone can learn how to get that look
Colle: That's what I thought at first, too. But I applied his settings, and got a great look with my light and camera set up. Personally, I think his skins are too yellow, so I don't use his diffuse color settings, opting for 215, 215, 215. But I hotrod all my skins anyway, so they don't need the color boost. His translucency setting alone made a ton of difference.
Well, I was going to show you the shaders at work, but I can't seem to get the image to show up.
Probably not the best example, because it's a night scene, but take a look at this.
