I was buy two items from Legolas18 in the blog. It was 2200 points because it was in the Original Content Category. Both links was dead. I was reported both on that day, 9, december 2023. I was sent two emails for Legolas18 and he doesn't anwered my letters. I was waiting for weeks and nothing happend. I wasn't get working links, I wasn't get back my points. I was send an ironic email for Legolas18 yesterday because I was think maybe he is in the hospital, or dying somewhere in the world. And I just check his profile and he was come back a few hours before I sent that last email. Today he was back again and doesn't answered my third letter. I'm angry. And yesterday I was send an email for Monk. I don't get any answer till now.
Shame on you @Legolas18! And delete your avatar because you're just tarnishing the persona of that character with your attitude!
So I want to warning everyone to Legolas18 posts in the blog maybe all dead link. Don't buy them!

Even if his account was hacked - absolutely no excuse for his attitude that he has over a million points and can't be expected to reply to every dead post notification.
Actually - yes, you should be.
If you Keep the points for those posts you either provide the item or return the points.
Don't care how much effort it takes you - that is part of being a responsible and helpful member of this site.

Always nice to touch a nerve.....lol im def not a scammer..i have over a million points and fill most requests on here unlike some level 1s on here..like @warrant63 said i notified him about my links being destroyed by a hack and i wasn't near my main computer to reupload until today...i unfortunately cant respond to all the people who send me a message about a dead link.
So you graciously notify warrant63 but take no other action yourself, and now want further contact from everyone that lost points - even though your history will have all the details you need to return the points.
Not lazy much ???
Also probably fairly confident that most will not bother chasing 50 points or so - easy way to keep your balance up.
50 points/ 500 points you owe it to the members that trusted that your upload was genuine.
Hack or not - your fault or not - your responsibility to not ignore those members.

@architector Legolas kinda left the site a year ago, he checks back from time to time but he isn't really reading his PMs and only participates in art contests or AI related things.
Monk accepted your report on Dec 9 and the two items have been in the Dead Post category since then.
We are aware that we need some sort of refund option for the blog posts, but because based on our tests, it's pretty hard to protect it against abuse + we mostly talk about 50 Points per post we worked on the other features instead of this.
If you guys report an item the poster gets an Auto PM about the problem and they have an option to add an updated link to their posts anytime. But we need to accept that a big chunk of the posts can and will stay dead, because of various reasons (HDD crash, ban, lost interest etc) and only a kind repost will fix it from another member 🙂I refunded the 2200 points 😉

Sometimes things happen...Does not always seem fair, but, he such is life.
I always assume the person does what he/she can to fix things.
If this does not happen, there will be a good reason for it.
Life is not perfect.
I had a mega account, so some off my uploads will not work.
If I can not reupload it I give a sign to the mods, it is placed in dead catergorie, case closed.
But we are not all on line 24/7, so be a bit patient, contact mods, be patient again...
