KIS is intrusive, no doubting that.
I think KIS is working with major vendors to block cracks, marking them as malware. I think all AV vendors do this now.
The ONLY thing I can suggest is that you disconnect your machine from the internet and purchase a cheap Windows 7 laptop for browsing and downloading.
Then simply transfer files on a USB.
Regardless of having a firewall I think Windows 10 has a way of allowing software to call home if connected.
All the software I own, PS included works fine when not connected to the internet 😉
