    Bruh,search "RSSY Clothing Converter",a script can do this,the tool and the clothes all in there.

    Also, auto-follow might work. I recently used one of Royloo's Sassy Fashion tops for V4 on Genesis 9, and it actually worked! Had to put some Iray shaders on it, but other than that, it looks great!
