Although I know whom she is supposed to resemble, she resembles Ruth Bradley whom plays on a show called Humans (airs on Thursdays) and you have to google her other pictures. I just wanted to show how the bangs play in to my guess.
But I figure by now that when you can't tell who she is supposed to be, you're just going to get Adam Thwats all dramatic. (I'm guessing the H is silent in his name)I think @3dangel probably has it.

I agree, I never would have thought about Jessica Biel if I hadn’t seen it mentioned here. I looked up pics of Jessica and found just one that seems slightly similar. Just the mouth though (she is not smiling in the pic). To be honest, 17 doesn’t really remind me of anyone.

Either way, I would expect more from the site. They have been slowly improving the content and "to me" this is several steps backwards. The texture is unimpressive, if given some time I think I could do better morphs and I have had very little practice at that.
At first glance #17 looked like Evangeline Lilly, but after a more thorough look. The nose is all wrong. #17 definitely has the right nose for Jessica Biel so you might be right on it.
I'm gonna agree on the Jessica Biel, although the execution is sub-par. Yes, the mouth and nose are fairly good, also the shape of the eyes / placement, but that's about where it stops. First of all, Biel was part of the Fappening, IIRC, anyway, there are naked images of her available. Second, she has hazel eyes, but the green is way to prominent on the promo images. Third... selling Biel without the smile is hard. Fourth - the hair is lackluster. And last, yeah, I agree on the skin - it's really nothing to be proud of.
It's almost like this is a previous unfinished one that was just laying around, and now he needed something, and finished it with minimal effort. Not impressed.
