You're right about that @Pooper.
A friend had one of these 8 trackers back in the 70s, but he only had 4 speakers in his car LOL.
scotch tape was good for recording on tapes without the tabs on the corners 😀 I was a resourceful child who got all her music off the radio. I still have a couple of those from back then. XD Thank you so much!
That brings back memories @Taishobee, recycling tapes and recording off the radio as a kid was normal in those days. Metalic/chrome tapes were expensive back then. At school I puzzled my class with floppy discs, records and VHS tapes... they have no idea what they are ha ha.
@Frank22 Yeah and I was born in 82, so I also recorded all my tv shows and movies to vhs. My VCR was programable so it auto recorded my shows when I was at school or asleep. I knew exactly down to the minute when my tape would need changed XDDD Scotch tape worked on those too. Cover the little tab area and boom, recording heaven lmao
My daddy taught me all this. He gave me my only 2 8 tracks, which I still have. Ram by Paul McCartney, and a Beatles one. I was 9 when he introduced me to them and.. well I miss him. He passed away last Christmas.
