I know, so soon for another contest but I want to do something a little different...

THESE...

were all inspired by music videos and bring me happiness. I wrote a book. I made the cover, and it was inspired by a music video (since it has my name, decided not to post the cover). As a matter of fact, I did a whole series of portrait-type pics cause I was so inspired by a MV.

I'm writing a second book and characters have traits pulled from music videos. My guess is that we are drawn to this artform because we are visual people.

So here is your challenge...

These are the most visual music videos I have seen in a while. I want you to make a pic INSPIRED by something you see in one of these videos. I'm not asking you to recreate a scene, but use something to inspire your work. There is so much / such a variety to choose from. If you do not care for K-pop, turn the volume off and just watch the visuals as they assault your eyes (in a good way).

Ok, I must own up to have never been inspired by any music video, the music yes, but the video, no, I have seen many awsome music videos, Queens, radio GaGa, Duran Durans, Wild Boys and who could forget Pete Gabriels Sledge Hammer to name but a Few.

However, that was until I took the plunge and watched Stray Kids – God’s Menu.

Being of a certain age, I have never seen K Pop, But I watched this Video and a certain scene inspired me to enter this Contest. It was so Random, so unexpected, it seems that they say right we'll produce a video, aint got a clue what to do but we'll just throw anything into the mix, BRILLIANT.

So here is my entry. Hope it makes you smile.

I've had about 5-6 different Youtube accounts that I have created and deleted thru the years. Maybe try that? It's free. The links I put above to Youtube to use as inspiration were not blocked out.

This was inspired by Black Pink – Let’s Kill This Love Video another mash up of scenes that are unreal,
The scene that inspired this render was when they were dancing infront of the stained glass window.

Ah, these music videos were very, very intense. My attention was caught by the cars. Especially now. When i play old need for speed games. So I chose to create something with a car on an empty, quiet street. A little less intense. Preferably in the fall.

I didn't have much time. In DAZ I spend 3-4 hours (without a render). Then an additional 30 minutes to add gloves. Simple post-production. Effects below

Okay, I watched both videos and I think I've got this K-pop thing figured out.
Marching Bands, over-complicated dance moves, nonsensical hook lines, and fast cars.
