For a recent comic series I accumulated quite a few cars from the 40s and 50s. I have saved them as daz .duf files and grouped the parts and Iray shadered them.
The problem is that you may not have the same shaders I used and you might have to re-work some of them. Most of these are from desirefx.me.
I was thinking of using Daz Content Gatherer to package them that "should" include all the shaders I used and offer them each at a time for free. Be aware that the links to the shaders might be broken.
PM me if you have an interest in them and I'll see what I can do.

February 7, 2021 at 7:20 am #1664432Thanks ADAM but there doesn't seem much interest in them so far. Considering the amount of work I'd have to put into them to get them DS ready, I'll wait and see if others show some interest, if any.

I just hope that they will be easily usuable in DS.
🙂
February 19, 2021 at 8:51 am #1667895Sorry for the late reply guys. I have these cars saved as .duf files in my library. The were originally .obj files. I had to add my own Iray shaders, glass etc., and in some cases use the geometry editor to separate material zones when the interior was just one zone... to give the steering wheel a wood surface etc. I've also added license plates for the corresponding years the cars were made. From memory, the cars have lots of different parts which I had to group in DS.
It might be easier to just give the .obj files for them and people can have fun adding their own Iray shaders to them.
What do you think?
Edit - in Firefox if you right click the image at the head of this thread and go view image and use the magnifying glass you will get the full sized image I posted.February 23, 2021 at 6:21 pm #1669151I am very interested, as well.
February 23, 2021 at 6:35 pm #1669156I'm interested!
February 25, 2021 at 5:43 am #1669626OK. Think of this as a test. You will certainly get missing links to textures and shaders when you attempt to open the .duf. It may not open at all. You will need to apply your own shaders. The glass and chrome shaders should be come with the DS essentials. If it opens in DS you'll see that I've grouped the parts and separated several material zones to re-texture. Let me know if it opens properly or not. I can provide a link to the .obj file if everything fucks up, which it might well do.

Edit - I did a test just dropping the .duf from MEGA into a folder in DS and it opened fine. It even has the correct links to the shaders but won't for you because you probably don't have the same ones. If this works OK for you I'll start to upload the other cars. -
