It's not the same person (at least according to a few posts by shinteo), this was under Quiet and Faith Connor for G8F on his (shinteo) deviantart site posts, "Wrap3 upgrade and boosted by RyonaComics". Unless it's two online personalities.
I assume that he made a deal with RyonaComics and RC sells them on the side and shin gets a cut; honestly don't know 100% what's going on, seeing that a lot of the models that RC sell are listed for free under shin.They aren't the same person, I've commissioned Shinteo. Basically if I remember right, the boost is when multiple people pay for/request the same thing. How it worked with me was I paid for a model, and then it was my choice if it was given to the public for free later on, as the others are. I commissioned them twice so far and haven't allowed public release, not to be stingy, just because I haven't had a chance to play with them yet. Just from personal experience, not that I know for 100%.
Can anybody point me in the direction of the filled Kerrigan? I have searched everywhere! Failing that, I can offer a couple thousand points for a re-up.

He does have some exclusive models that Shinteo hasn't posted yet (from private commissions) but majority can be found for free on Shinteo's patreon.
