1, You need to use the uploaded image's hotlink (which has an extension at the end by default), it won't work just because you manually add a .jpg extension at the end of it.
2. Please add an SKU to the request next time (in the DAZ link it's not part of the URL, only in the RE or RO links). And it can come in handy if DAZ renames something.
