Heya all, thanks everyone for participating in trying out the Request Filling & Posting System, and special thanks for the great feedback 🙂
We collected/sorted all the wishes that we've got so far and we are on it to implement as much as possible into the System (obviously not everything is possible), but please be patient we have limits too 🙂
You can add any further feedback to this thread and of course, if you find bugs (when something isn't working as we stated in the FAQ) please notify us ASAP. FYI The first two thread is now CLOSED.
🙏 Please don't forget to add the TAGS to your request-> minimum an SKU, Vendor's name, New Request or Old Request
🔹 New Request - > Fresh, Brand new item, just released in a Store
🔹 Old Request - > Older item, which (may) already have a request thread in the Request forum

[not in order, some of them are already in a WIP state]1, BUMP a Request to the top (with a button, with adding a new offer, or with both)

3, Members' Ability to see their own offers in a summary list (with a clickable Request link to jump into them quickly and check the request or remove/edit the offer)
✅ DONE ✅ 4, Smaller images on the Request page grid to be able to see it through - 6 but mostly 8 or 10 in one row
✅ DONE ✅ 5, Summed points amount on the Requests' cover image (where the red Filled tag gets added, but with another color) -> [X Pts]
✅ DONE ✅ 6, Creation time stamp inside the request, when was the request created (or bumped?) ▶ This is useful to see when will the 12-month lifespan of the request end.
7, Archive list about the Filled requests - just a simple list with the Item's Name, Store URL, and Timestamp when it was Filled (for users who can't visit the site every 48 hours - a filled request gets deleted after 48h).
7+, During a Fill, a plus checkmark where the Filler can allow/disallow the "simple list" to show their username ▶ To PM the Filler after the Filled Request got deleted.
❌ CURRENTLY NOT POSSIBLE ❌ 8, See and be able to filter for the Requests from the new System in the Activity menu
✅ Partially DONE ✅ 9, Ability to delay a post from 1 day till 30 days (instead of 1-7 days -> 1-30 days) - both in the Requests and in the normal Scheduled postings
✅ DONE ✅ 10, Clickable username pointing to the members' profile, on the request panel where the offers are listed by the member names
11, Selective filling - Ability to remove members from the auto PM

+ a column of 'offer experation' when the points committed will be returned if the item is not filled. this would not be editable but just for information so people can budget points and know when requests are going to expire.
Also, I would love the ability to bid on an item after it is filled if I want it quickly. In an idea world the person fufilling could say 'automaticly email the link if X points are bid'
Thanks for all the hard work everyone is doing on this, it is amazing and very very nice to see such effort.

About Tag, maybe you can write a crawler script to get Tag in Urls automatically.
It does not need to be available for all sites.

▶ The others already mentioned this, but the problem is still lies in that we don't store the links in this System and the Fill gets closed after the Auto PM send, and reopening it would mess with the connected process. ▶ 😎@evacuate5019 ▶ it would be a bit problematic because our site would openly scrap data from others in that case 🙂 and we want to implement the feature wishes first.
When requesting an asset and in lieu of "Old Request", how hard would it be to put a "Previous Filled" tag showing up on the image like you have with "Filled"? I do foresee people requesting items that have already been filled (maybe months back), items that perhaps the filler decided not to send to the blog. So aren't really up for grabs anymore.
The tag would mainly be for people like me, who might give out more points for an item that I've already gotten and forgotten about. If I see "Previously Filled", I'll know to look at my assets to see if I have the item.
Maybe like a check box in the Request area asking if this items has already been filled in the past or something?
@yanoma ▶ This Old Request, New Request just temporary, for the transition period so folks can somewhat filter the new releases vs older forum requests, but after the Request forum gots purged we are not planning to enforce this 🙂
@warrant63 I'm talking about requests that get filled, but never make it to the blog (as sharing to there isn't being enforced). Say someone fills it, decides not to post it to the blog, and someone misses the 48 hour window. They can use the archive, but what if the filler has gone inactive?
Sooner or later, someone will re-request something that's been previously filled. That is why I'd like to see a previous filled tag showing up on images like Filled does. So I know to check my assets to see if I got it the first time around instead of spending points again for something I have.
@yanoma ▶ Oh sorry, yeah we are still discussing this and searching for the right solution 🙂 Mostly like we will have a Fill log or something like that, but Hunter is the developer, so he sees if it's possible or not 🙂 I will update the wishlist after the first update package.
One more thing you may need to deal with. This request here, is already on the blog, and not a dead link.
I used Disqus to inform people that it was already on the blog, but being that this is a pirate site, some people might not want to use their Disqus here. There should be another way to let all those people know that the item is already on the blog as a few of them might end up paying for something they already have, as I know I filled that request for Anja.
