    Hey, hey, hey everyone.
The time has come, next week the site will introduce a long-awaited function, the Automatic Request Filling & Posting System 🎉🥳

This new system’s main goal is to automatize the request filling and offer a convenient and easy method to schedule these fills as a Blog Post. Also with the new system the reward collecting/transferring and the PM sending will be fully automatic.
Before you threaten to delete my DAZ library remotely 😀 , don't worry, because:
🔸YOU WON'T BE FORCED to post your stuff on the blog and you can also stay fully Anonymous during a fill! We are just offering new convenient and automatic ways for you 😉 but the ZGFX Community welcomes every new blog posts and shares 🏴‍☠️❤🏴‍☠️
🔸 You still will be able to PM other members and transfer points manually.

😢 BUT with the new system, a period will close in the ZGFX's history, because the Request forum will be gradually closed and removed. In the first month, you will be able to use the new system and the Request forum at the same time, but after that, the Request forum will be switched into Read-Only mode (so you can still transfer your requests into the new system). After 3+ months (still discussing it) it will be removed permanently to free up the site’s DB space in order to keep the new system happy.

⁉ We made a FAQ site for this new system which is already available - please check it out when you can:

⏰ The new system will be added during the next maintenance, which will be somewhere between September 26 - 28, but we don't know the exact date yet (we will keep you posted). During the maintenance, the site will be offline for some time.

+1 Request: If you have a shitload of notifications at the top right corner or you have old-old-old-old messages (PMs) that you will never use again, very please delete them 🙂 We don't want the site to slow down again because of it's heavy DB 😉

If you have any questions or tips or anything, just make a reply in this thread.

With this new system, will there be a reply/comment way to inform the members that we will buy the item requested and be filling it in the next x hours?

At the same time will we be able to make a "request for bounty" like before: meaning buying a new item before any request have been made and don't want 500 points frozen in our account by making a "fake" normal request?

( I forward every feedback / feature request to Hunter so we are on it 🙂 )

The first thing I want to say is that this is great news that tells us that our community is growing and it feels good.
I have read the guide carefully and I have a number of questions:

    1. Why block a request immediately after it is fulfilled? What if someone didn't make it in time? (not everyone can afford to monitor the site 24/7). I think there should be some kind of time out at least 3-4 days. I'm just afraid to imagine when every user who didn't have time will start making the same request. I think it will be a mess. Wouldn't it be easier to leave the request card open so that anyone can get the asset by offering their points?
    2. Why close (delete) a request if it is fulfilled by anonymous users? Why not leave it open? I think it will be very inconvenient.

Everything else is very clear and in my opinion is done correctly.

    - > It's a bit of an infinite loop, because the site won't store the links and because of this the Filler needs to "send them out" through the new system @ every Fill + currently on the Mod side we can only reset the status of the Fill (OPEN/CLOSE) but not the offerer list, which would mess with the locked away points.

The long term goal is to encourage to do Fills + Blog Posts and in that case everyone would get what they want whether they were early bird or not 🙂 but in the first month we will monitor the state of the new system and we will change it if needed 🙂

    2. Why close (delete) a request if it is fulfilled by anonymous users? Why not leave it open? I think it will be very inconvenient.
    - > In the new system every fill will be an Anonymous Fill - and members will only be able to see the Filler's username if the Item or Bundle got a scheduled blog post (or you were part of the Fill and the System will show the Filler's username in the PM - because it sends the PM on their behalf).
There is a lot of request for features and we try to make everyone happy - tho it's hard af :D, it's obviously just a first step but I've already forwarded every feedback to see what is possible to improve the new system 🙂

May be a silly question, but will we need to renew our membership afterward (I renewed mine about a month ago)? If so, do our points remain?

@kayma The membership basically serves as a "Give me permissions, I'm a human" button, like on Discord. Sometimes you will need to renew it after a maintenance anyway, but you can do it anytime (till you won't commit a ZGFX crime 😎). Btw if your membership "expires" you won't lose your points. And no change to your points balance, it's just a new Filling and Posting method 🙂

Overall this seems like a positive system. One question I had as I didn't specifically see it in the FAQ. Is there a limit on how far out you can delay the scheduled post? I saw one day was the minimum but is there a maximum of days allowed for a scheduled post?

This is probably a little in the weeds. But, you mentioned the system only knows open and closed. Was any thought or consideration given to adding to the system something like "Release Pending" state where the system acknowledges the request fulfillment has been submitted to the system but users have 24 or 48 hours to continue to submit points for the item?

Then once the time window closes it just sends out links to everyone in one chunk. As that would cut down on someone posting a request its fulfilled in a couple of hours and then someone else is posting for the same item again. As it seems like most point offers are made in the first 24 to 48 hours. So the amount of people who would miss out on the initial post would be minimized.

But all in all seems like a good improvement. Kudos to all involved.

    - > This is top on the wishlist 🙂 We are on it 🙂 Currently, you can add a comment to the request (like to the blog post) with "I have this, spend your money on else, sending links soon" but to see the comments, you need to click on the Load Comments button every time :/ Every other Filling interaction would close the thread at the moment.

But all in all seems like a good improvement. Kudos to all involved. - > 🎉🙌

@krzysztof No address or login change 🙂 It's just a plus menu on the top green bar.
