Technically one could use OpenCV to detect the facial features in the photo and create a 3d model. Or scan the Daz G9 face and move bones or apply morphs to make sure they are identical. Many points are detected with 3d coordinates so one can adjust all 3 axis (z axis not very accurate). It's not too detailed and I think there is no Blender plugin available to automate this.
