Unlock CC v3 default library and add more libraries. Just run 2 setup exe files, select next next and it's ok. Run with Admin mode Run Admin. Applies to CC v3. CC v4 haven't tried it yet, so don't know the results yet. You can try...!.

NOTE:
How to set hair to show in cc v3 if it's in "Template=>Character Creator v3 Template=>Hair" but not in cc v3.
Fix the following error:

1: file "cchair" copy => Custom\Character Creator v3 Custom\Legacy Hair\CC (Shared Custom=>Hair=>Group=>Hair=>_Legacy=>CC).

2: file "rlHairStyle" copy Shared Templates\Hair\Style.

3: hair files "ccacc" copy Template\Character Creator v3 Template\Accessory\Head.

4: file "rlHairElement" copy \Shared Templates\Hair\Element\Hair
