Hi, I'm new here, returning after a long time from the old KAT community. I got a brand new computer and just installed Daz 4.10 on it, so of course I immediately run into trouble. I can't seem to get my Poser props to work in it. I put them in My Library / Poser Runtime / Runtime, but instead of showing up under Poser Formats like they should, they just build a little tree under DAZ Studio Formats. Any idea how I get them where they belong?

Hi welcome to the zonegfx Im not a pro at all, i can make a few suggestions but Its been a while since i did a fresh install.

Did you add your daz runtime to the poser formats inside daz studio as well as your daz formats? I am pretty sure you need to add same runtime to both formats

Daz can import Poser files (with some tweaking required sometimes) and doesn't care where it is. But you do need to make sure Studio knows where the Poser content is. Use the Content Directory Manager (CDM) under the Edit/Preferences/Content tabs. This configures where Studio will look for Poser content. If you install the content under the default DAZ file structure, that's where it will be in the Content Library pane. If you install it under the default Poser directory structure, that is where it will show up in the Content Library pane,

I just point CDM to my default Poser Runtime directory. I don't copy my Poser content anywhere. Just leave it where it is and let DAZ know. You can have more than one Poser content directory in CDM if you'd like. The tool is pretty straight forward imo.
