I have a drive with old V4 V3 zip files and most of the files have no gaps in the name.

Searching the drive for product names is hard.

Example searching with the word red

A file named like this would show up 12345 RedAndGreenApples

But if its got no space then it wont show 12345RedAndGreenApples

Is there a program for windows that can put a space between the number and letter in a file name?

Would love to find something that can to do a batch run of renaming instead of me doing it manually.

Any help with some program names would be great.

Was really looking for a good categorizer but never really found one. There was rumor that a creator was in the process of making the ultimate catorizer-slash-organizing software until their untimely death. Yes, Dimension3d still has some other great products as well. Hopefully, his family or corporation will eventually figure out how to access his wealth of knowledge on that one drive they've been unable to access. RIP, Ralf Sesseler. Here are links to their other products on both daz and rendo plus their actual website:
Both Hivewire and content paradise have removed his name in their search engines.
Yup, that would have been some product that these stores were probably afraid some of their customers would realize they were buying the same products over and over. Oh well.
In the meantime, I've found this helpful search tool that might sniff out the key word of the product hidden within those other numbers and characters. Here's the freeware version of it. It's called ultrasearch. Hopefully it will work for you @globalrecession2009.

Hey Arty Thanks mate , I will check that ultra search out thanks. Windows 7 search is crap.

But really what i want is to rename the files on that drive by just separating the numbers and the text.

Yes indeed, Ralf Sesseler was brilliant with what the tools and scripts that he came up with for poser.
    Was a sad loss.
He certainly made using daz products with poser alot better with is tools.

Once the admins and I figure out why my reply with the links to the software I'm suggesting keeps disappearing, I have a couple of suggestions, and an example to put up that I use for finding then renaming if needed... There's a ghost in this machine, and it doesn't like something I'm doing, apparently. lol

    Use this kind of program

Rename files in many ways: add, replace, insert text into file names. Convert case, add numbers. Remove or change file extensions.

Going off topic perhaps, but I have the same problem as Kendra Denimore. My replies also disappear if they have links in them. I'll be happy to help in the hunt for the cause.

@globalrecession2009, I have used NameWiz, which is another renamer tool. You should be able to set it (any renamer tool) so that you get a space before each capital letter.
