I'm curious if anyone else has noticed that things that are still pending approval here appear on other sites? For example, when I posted the anime fighter, it hadn't been shared anywhere else, period. I don't normally post elsewhere. Suddenly, before approval, it was on skyback. It really bugs me.
Do you mean that you saw it posted elsewhere while your item was still in the queue here? Or do you mean you're comparing posting times from the sites? If you're comparing the times then you have to take into account that they may not be accurate. If you saw it get posted to another site whilst it hadn't been posted here yet then maybe it was a coincidence? Two people posting at the same time? Alternatively, approach the mods/admin for further information as they would be the only people with access to your share before it's published, unless I'm missing something.

Yes. My anime fighter was still in the queue and it was immediately posted on skyback. It hadn't been posted anywhere at all. I think it had been posted elsewhere pretty fast too, maybe an hour or two.

I highly doubt this. The figure is stand alone, and seems not very well known. As of now, I haven't even posted the rest of his items due to things like this.

I've thought about this. But if an admin is doing it, they wouldn't be quick to snitch on themselves.
There is another possibility actually. Someone at the other sites is observing zonegfx and saw the figure in the queue. He himself also has the fighter and wants to get some profit before it's published here for "free" .
A few minutes of profit doesnt make sense if it could have been posted already and have been generating bitcoin over days or weeks.
Most of these sister sites have been using our links and when they do not, the are posted after it pops here.
Before I made a purchase to post here and looked in the que for it and didnt see it. Few minutes later it popped up while I was uploading it. Ah well, at least i can get updates.
It has been hinted at by a tinfoil hat wearer that the sites are connected. I dont find that likely but, it is possible.
I doubt everything and nothing.But you get what I mean? Maybe that poster held it back because nobody demanded it and now that it's getting posted here he posted it there as well just to keep people there and don't have them run off to here because it's available here
@onkelshield, people get what you're saying, that it was seen to be uploaded here and someone realised they also had this item that hadn't been shared so rushed to upload it for their site. It is however, unlikely. It's more likely that if people are noticing their items/products being uploaded to another site while it's still in the queue to be published here, that someone with admin rights who's able to access the download is uploading to that site. It's been postulated before and if it's true then it's just moronic that they don't publish the post before uploading it elsewhere.
Personally, I don't monitor Skyback, I do keep my eyes out on a few other sites though and I haven't seen my uploads being posted anywhere until they've been published here. That being said I don't post a lot of "exclusive/new" items.
