Is anyone able to point me in the right direction for the genitalia for genesis 8 Female and Male. and possible some skins for the genesis male genitals?
I'm new to Daz 3D and really don't know where to look.

If you grab any of the "core" DAZ genesis 8 packs they come with genitalia for their particular sex. Michael and Victoria would be a good place to start. There are some add on genitalia products as well (in addition to Daz's product) and you can find more about them by perusing Renderotica's products.
*Ahem* ... the Golden Palace and the Dicktator are definitely upgrades to the Genesis 8 Female and Male respectively... if it’s... um... explicit art your looking to do.
New Genitalia For Victoria 8 is pretty good too, has really nice morphs and color options, it also works with both Genesis 8 and Genesis 3 characters.
Victoria 8 & Michael 8 Pro Bundles will give you the Base G8 Gens which is a good way to start as evilmonkey said, and there are many add-on controls and morphs for them available.
New Gens for Victoria 8 or Golden Palace and Dicktator for Michael 8 are good if your looking to do more close up erotica stuff.
There is also Futalicious For G8 Female available, if you are looking for something out of the norm so to speak.
