I installed Character Creator 5.13 from the IC8.75 + CC5.13 package, but every time I launch it, I get: “Failed to access the network. Please check your internet connection and log into your member account.”
I followed the included README: used its serial and activation code, copied the metadata to ProgramData, and imported the provided .reg file. I also blocked CC5 in Windows Firewall, tried replacing CharacterCreator.exe with the file from the Medicine folder, and restarted Windows. The error is unchanged.
The metadata README mentions “Changing Links Target” and “TemplateData” folders, but I cannot find them in this package. Could you please confirm the correct steps for this exact CC5.13 release, including whether CC513_Full_Patch.exe is needed?
I do not know how to reach moderator so i just post here for now. If anyone know, please inform me.
