It appears to be a heavily-modified shirt from Smay's 'dForce Women's Office Outfit for Genesis 9'. Lots of similarities.

It's true, I had considered it, but the sleeves made me hesitate. Thanks for your help; I'll take another look.

Hell, the sleeves are the easy part. The sleeve topology is regular and even. For instance, with Geometry Editor, select the polys at the cuff, then expand the selection until they reach the sleeve length shown in the image. Delete them. Then select the end of the remaining sleeve (2-3 rows of polys), create a surface from the selected polys, and then apply a solid white texture map and a displacement using that same map. Voila...short sleeve with tiny cuff. I just tried it as I was typing this and it works nicely.

The fabric stretching over the boobs is likely to be exceedingly more complicated. It's definitely NOT prepackaged morphs. Doing it in DS will require Mesh Grabber or Deformers.

Wow! I see you have experience modifying elements in Daz; honestly, I've never gone beyond the basics in Mesh Grabber. Indeed, the button effect is the tricky part. I've contacted the artist, but he isn't responding to my messages.
