Question regarding RH vs. Patreon

I shared several Patreon items when they were first released in Daz months later, and people will download and use them. Then they report you so the product becomes free for them, claiming it’s not the same rquested product or that some “x” or “y” folder is missing. Moderators often don’t verify whether that’s true or not, and your points get reset, making you feel like you never want to share anything again, not even the stuff with Premier coupon.

So my advise is no, don't share a Patreon link on a RH request.

There are many vendors that share/sell their files on Patreon and Renderhub. Sharing those Patreon files is fine.

Here's where things can be difficult. Sometimes a vendor will do a major update. A request is made for the update, then someone attempts to fill the update request with the old file. That's the only issue I have seen come up with this scenario.
