Hey Zone community, I just wanted to post that my MEGA account got suspended for repeatedly being reported on for an Atom Eve G8F model that I had, which was reuploaded from the deadlink section to try and help out. It was a whole fiasco, and at one point, the wrong model got reuploaded on another attempt, and I apologize to anyone who lost out on points due to this and did not get the model that was pictured. (I have two different Atom Eve model files.) I had a Mod delete the post altogether to avoid anyone else losing points.
On account of it getting suspended, I may have more dead links start to pop up. Please report them to me, and if I have them saved either on one of my external hard drives or on another site, I will update the post link as soon as I am notified and also send you a private link so that your points aren't wasted. But please, do not be ugly about it. I am already very upset that I have lost access to countless files while my account is locked down, and you losing 50pts is shitty, but so is getting rude messages about links going down and losing your account you've had for 5+ years and several daz products.
I figured if I posted here, people may see my username in older posts and hopefully proceed with caution while I weed out what was MEGA and what is Google Drive.
Thank you, and again, I apologize to anyone who has lost points over this. It's happened to me several times in the past, and it always sucks to lose 50pts. No need to be ugly about it when we are all on this site as a community to be able to afford working with Daz and expressing ourselves through 3D art, and I'm incredibly grateful for it as a whole.
That's a pretty good guess I think.
For anyone worried about Mega account bans, they still allow you to open accounts using temporary email addresses you can get from various online sources. I'd probably get an account closed every few weeks. Just spread your files around so that 1 ban isn't a catastrophe.@scoobydude51 It was 3DUK! They did it on three different posts and ruined my account. 🙁
@wallyburger that is very handy advice! thank you for your suggestion. I do have google drive and mediafire but I barely use them just because MEGA is my favorite. Its super unfortunate@maricorsair, Did you get my message? I offered you my Bunkr account. I don't use it anymore and as they're not accepting logins anymore, I'd like to see it go to someone who'll make good use of it.
Check if the items you posted are still available on Render-State. They use a variety of file hosts and are quick about re-posting broken links.

They're pretty much just a mirror of here but they do frequently have filled requests that aren't posted here ("Grumble grumble."). There's also no forum.How did 3DUK know that you uploaded their content onto a MEGA file? Do they have a tracker attached? If so, you might need to use a detracker, I started using one lately for almost all of the stuff I post on here publicly.
It is one of the sites that farms stuff from here.
They can be handy when we end up with broken links.

I honestly don't know, a tracker might be the case. I must admit I don't search my files very extensively when I download them because they usually come from here and I just reupload if the original link goes down!
Thankfully most of my links are now updated to a new platform so there shouldn't be too many problems. Just message me if something doesn't work and I'll get it back up! The only thing I think I don't have an updated link to is the Dragon Girl dress + hair conversion for G3 & G8. I have the original V4 files, but I guess I'd have to convert them myself to get the link back up!
