seriously with Ai nowadays the 3d model community is not that important.
but the i.p. holders are so anal they should focus on the ai folks.
Although AI is very versatile, and strong in certain areas, there are others where it is totally lacking.
It really depends what you are wishing to do, as to what is important & what isn't.
It was more like it's hard to target AI, you can't stop AI user as long as the material is still inside the AI company. How many times AI companies shirk their responsibility about protecting copyrighted material? Like OpenAI had said that the IP holder could opt out if they don't want their material to be used, but they were not responsible for the training material their AI had learned from the data, and how their user use it. Funnily enough, they actually could scrub some data from their AI if they suddenly be an AI- H*tler or something like that. And more importantly, AI company was big enough to fight the IP holder, while a 3d modeler is often just a small individual who can be easily be curb stomped by the IP Holder.

@Ulysses: No, I can write his name just fine without censor: Adolf Hitler. I just thought that it will trigger or offend someone when writing his full name without censor. Considering I got alerted by bot on common social media like X or FB when writing the name uncensored. The habit got brought over here without I realizing it.
another possibility would be to use pol pot, josif stalin, donald trump, augusto pinochet, benjamin netanyahu, théoneste bagosora, ali chamenei, haji muhammad suharto, vladimir putin, silvio berlusconi, mao zedong, leopold ii of belgium, foday sankoh, george bush, benito mussolini, nicolas sarkozy, tony blair, boris johnson, hideki tōjō, ismail enver, recep tayyip erdoğan et al instead - there are many to choose from.
what I've found with a.i programs is get one that is local only on your pc not a web based one, then there are tricks to remove censorship filters. not that i have a ton of experience mind you.
i have used a free one, Youtube is your friend.
